Challenge:

While there were structural issues that needed immediate attention. Major repairs were necessary first, which we addressed using resin repairs and metal stitch pinning. Solution:
To prepare the site, we began by breaking out the existing failed screed. We used diamond grinding, scabbling, and shot blasting as part of our preparation techniques. For the repairs, we used resin systems to address cracks, joints, and floor damages. The floor was then screeded with a high strength leveling compound, this was then finished with two coats of high build epoxy, resulting in a durable and appealing surface. Effective communication with the onsite management team was pivotal in our problem-solving strategy.

The high build epoxy finish provided both durability and an enhanced aesthetic appeal. One of the standout achievements of this project was its timely completion.
