Flowcrete Flowfresh Cove Coating is a 3-component, water-based polyurethane colour coating for concrete and cement surfaces. It is applied with a trowel, resists chemicals, and is HACCP International certified with antimicrobial properties.
Flowcrete Flowfresh Cove Coating bonds to surface dry substrates with up to 97% relative humidity (BS 8204 standard). Flowfresh Cove creates a strong cove base, ensuring a seamless and hygienic transition between the floor and wall.
Uses of Cove Coating
Flowcrete Cove Coating is ideal for repairing and coating. Use it to refresh old Flowcrete RT and Flowcrete MF coatings or paint HF Cove.
Curing time(at 20°C)
- Overcoat after 16 hours.
- Walk on after 16 hours.
- Maximum overcoat time is 24 hours.
- Light traffic after 24 hours.
- Heavy traffic after 48 hours.
- Ensure low humidity (max 70%) and good ventilation for these drying times.
- Fully hardens in 3-5 days. Do not cover or wash in the first 36 hours.

Flowfresh HF
A 4-component, solvent-free polyurethane concrete screed. This product does not contain an antimicrobial agent. Flowfresh HF offers a durable, anti-slip finish that withstands thermal shock, steam cleaning, and moisture vapour transmission.
Uses of Flowfresh HF
A durable floor finish with excellent chemical resistance and a textured surface.
Note: Flowfresh HF (new) has no white fleck, making it look different from the Flowfresh HF variant.
Application Process and Temperature
The substrate and material should be between 15-25°C and not less than 10°C. The substrate temperature must be 3°C above the dew point during application and curing. Do not let temperatures drop below 5°C within 24 hours after application. Use the ready-mixed product within 10 minutes at 20°C. Higher temperatures will shorten the application time.

- Overcoating is possible after 16 hours.
- Walking is allowed after 16 hours.
- Maximum time for overcoating is 24 hours.
- Light traffic is okay after 24 hours.
- Heavy traffic is permitted after 48 hours.

Flowfresh Multipack RT
This is a 4-component, solvent-free polyurethane concrete screed from the Flowfresh/Flowcrete Multipack system. It mixes Multipack RT Filler C with Base A, Hardener B, and Filler D to create Flowcrete Multipack RT, which does not contain an antimicrobial agent.
However, it includes a silver ion antimicrobial additive to protect the surface. It guards against food by-products, fats, hot oils, blood, sugar, and acids. It reduces slip risks and can withstand temperatures up to 250°F, making it suitable for wet or damp areas.

Flowfresh Multipack RT is a durable and hard-wearing floor finish. It offers excellent chemical resistance, a textured surface, and decorative flecks.
Application Process and Temperature
