Flowfast 330

Install enough gullies to manage water effectively.
Flowfast Accelerator (blu) / (what)
Flowfast Accelerator is a low-viscosity, yellow liquid used to speed up the polymerisation of Flowfast resins. It is solvent-free but has a noticeable odour, so ensure proper ventilation or extraction during use. Follow all relevant Occupational Health and Safety guidelines for your application site. For detailed safety information, refer to the safety datasheets for each component.
Flowfast Accelerator is added when the recommended amount of Flowfast catalyst alone cannot achieve a full thermoset cure. It mixes with Flowfast reactive resins to ensure complete curing within a reasonable time. This product allows the application of Flowfast resins in cold temperatures ranging from 0°C to -30°C.
Flowfast Catalyst
Dibenzoyl Peroxide Paste is a white, free-flowing powder with 50% stabilised dibenzoyl peroxide. It is used to mix with Flowfast and Deckshield Rapide resins to start the curing process.
Flowfast Ceramic / Metal Primer (blu) – (Additive included within the resin)
Flowfast Ceramic/Metal Primer is a 2-component, low-viscosity primer made from methyl methacrylate (MMA). It is designed for metal surfaces such as iron, aluminium, stainless steel, and ceramic tiles. The primer works on surface-dry substrates with up to 95% Relative Humidity (as per BS 8204). This primer is not suitable for non-ferrous heavy metals or zinc. Glazed tiles must be abraded through diamond grinding or shot blasting before application. Any loose tiles or tiles over hollow areas must be removed. Steel surfaces must be prepared to SA 2.5 standard (as per DIN 55929).
- Flowfast Ceramic/Metal Primer (wht)
Flowfast Ceramic/Metal Primer is a 3-component, low-viscosity primer made from methyl methacrylate (MMA). It is designed for priming metal surfaces like iron, aluminium, and stainless steel, as well as ceramic tile substrates. The primer works on surface-dry substrates with a Relative Humidity of up to 95% (as per BS 8204). It is used before applying Deckshield Rapide or Flowfast resin toppings.
Flowfast Ceramic/Metal Primer is not suitable for non-ferrous heavy metals or zinc. Glazed surfaces on tiles must be removed through diamond grinding or shot blasting before application. Loose tiles and hollow areas should be removed. Steel surfaces must be prepared to SA 2.5 standard (according to DIN 55929) before priming.
Flowfast Cleaner (wht) / (blu)
Flowfast Cleaner is a clear, colourless liquid made from methyl methacrylate (MMA). It is designed to help smooth Flowfast mortar coatings during application. It also works well for cleaning application tools. To make troweling easier, occasionally moisten the trowel with Flowfast Cleaner while applying the coating.
- Flowfast Cove Mix (blu)
Flowfast Cove Mix is a clear, two-component, thixotropic binder made with methyl methacrylate (MMA). It is designed for cove details and is mainly used in Flowfast Quartz Cove systems with decorative quartz. Systems that include Flowfast Cove Mix must be sealed with a Flowfast sealer, such as Flowfast Standard Sealer.
Flowfast Damp Primer (blu) / (what)
Flowfast Damp Primer is a 2-component, low-viscosity primer made with methyl methacrylate (MMA) for damp cement-based surfaces. It bonds to both new and old concrete with up to 100% Relative Humidity (as per BS 8204, surface dry). It is used to prepare damp concrete and screeds before applying Deckshield Rapide or Flowfast resin toppings.
- Flowfast Primer Diluent (blu)
Flowfast Primer Diluent is a low-viscosity, milky, cloudy liquid made from methyl methacrylate (MMA). It is designed for use with Flowfast Standard Primer (blu) resin on Flowcrete cementitious self-level screeds. If applying the primer to a third-party pumped screed, test a small area first and perform an adhesion test using the Hydrajaw “pull-off” method. Flowfast ESD Coating
Flowfast Light Seal (new) is a 4-component, coloured, medium viscosity methyl methacrylate (MMA) topcoat with electrostatic dissipating properties. It is less reactive than the standard seal and should only be used in temperatures above 5°C. Flowfast ESD Coating provides an electrostatic dissipating system within a range of 10⁶ to 10⁸ Ohms. It is not suitable for flooring requiring a range of 10⁴ to 10⁶ Ohms.

Porous surfaces should be primed with Flowfast Standard Primer (wht) until a continuous resin layer forms, followed by a light scatter of sand or quartz. In liquid form, it has a blue-violet colour that disappears after curing. This product is an elastified surface sealer designed for use on elastic Flowfast floor coatings or in outdoor applications.
For areas exposed to hot liquid spills, frequent water, chemicals, fats, or oils, use Flowfast Water/Oil Binder and Seal for better resistance. Permanent water exposure may cause white discolouration of the Flowfast Flexible Seal. Ensure proper drainage by directing waste or flowing water, especially hot water, into channels and gullies. Install enough drainage points to handle water flow effectively.
- Flowfast Flexible Seal (blu)
Flowfast Flexible Seal is a 2-component, UV-resistant, low-viscosity methyl methacrylate (MMA) sealer designed for Flowfast floor coatings. In liquid form, it appears blue/violet but becomes clear after curing. This elastified sealer is ideal for surfaces exposed to warm water loads or thermal shock.
It can be used on its own or combined with Flowfast Hard Seal or Flowfast Standard Seal. Common uses include:
- As a first seal coat on Flowfast Flakes or Flowfast Quartz Scatter systems, followed by a harder topcoat like Flowfast Hard Seal.
- As a seal coat for floors exposed to heavy water loads without aggressive chemical exposure.
- As a seal coat for flexible systems in outdoor applications.
Flowfast Flexible Seal resists heavy white discolouration often seen in MMA-based sealers under permanent water exposure. However, it’s important to direct water, especially hot water, into proper drainage systems with gullies to prolong the floor’s durability.
- Flowfast Hard Seal (blu)
Flowfast Hard Seal is a two-component, UV-resistant, low-viscosity methyl methacrylate (MMA) sealer designed for Flowfast floor coatings. In liquid form, it appears blue/violet but becomes clear after curing. This sealer provides a hard surface finish and is primarily used in Flowfast systems with decorative aggregates and flakes, such as Flowfast Quartz, Flowfast Quartz Scatter, and Flowfast Flakes. It is ideal for dry areas that require high resistance to abrasion and chemicals.
Continuous water exposure may cause white discolouration, so waste or flowing water, especially hot water, should be directed into channels and proper drainage systems. Use sufficient gullies for proper water management. For such conditions, Flowfast Flexible Seal or a combination of Flowfast Flexible Seal and Flowfast Standard Seal is recommended.
- Flowfast Standard Seal (blu)
Flowfast Standard Seal is a UV-resistant, low-viscosity methyl methacrylate (MMA) sealer designed for Flowfast floor coatings. It appears blue/violet in liquid form but becomes clear after curing. This sealer is ideal for smooth or lightly textured profiles in Flowfast systems with decorative aggregates and flakes, such as Flowfast Quartz, Flowfast Quartz Scatter, and Flowfast Flakes.
For areas exposed to heavy wheeled traffic or aggressive chemicals, use one layer of Flowfast Standard Seal followed by a second coat of Flowfast Hard Seal for increased surface durability. For surfaces exposed to hot liquids or frequent water combined with chemicals, apply Flowfast Flexible Seal for better resistance. If two coats are needed, apply Flowfast Standard Seal as the first layer and use Flowfast Flexible Seal for the second.
Permanent water exposure may cause white discolouration with Flowfast Standard Seal. Channel waste or flowing water, especially hot water, should be incorporated into proper drainage systems with enough gullies to prevent accumulation.
- Flowfast Standard Seal (wht)
Flowfast Standard Seal is a 2-component, UV-resistant, low-viscosity sealer made with methyl methacrylate (MMA). In liquid form, it appears blue/violet, but this colour disappears after curing. This sealer is ideal for decorative quartz and flowfast systems. It can handle sustained temperatures up to +60°C and intermittent temperatures up to +80°C during cleaning, as long as the coating does not fully heat through to the substrate.

Flowfast Flexible Binder is a clear, medium viscosity, 2-component methyl methacrylate (MMA) binder used in Flowfast floor coatings. It is designed as an elastic resin binder for creating flexible membranes and coatings in sub-zero temperatures.
It is ideal for:
- Waterproofing and shock-absorbing membranes on ramps, bridges, and offshore sites.
- Flexible floor coverings for low-temperature areas like freezers.
- Outdoor applications exposed to heavy mechanical loads and rapid temperature changes.
Industrial flooring resins with flexibility or medium hardness can be created by mixing Flowfast Flexible Binder and Flowfast Standard Binder on-site. To complete the system, use a flexible sealer such as Flowfast Flexible Seal.
- Flowfast Flexible Binder (wht)
Flowfast Flexible Binder is a two-component, clear, medium viscosity methyl methacrylate (MMA) binder designed for Flowfast floor coatings. It is ideal for use in high temperatures above 30°C, where a longer pot life is needed. Flowfast Inhibitor delays the start of the polymerisation process without affecting the cure or quality of the final coating. It also works well as a cleaning agent for application tools. Trowels can be moistened with Flowfast Cleaner during application to make smoothing coatings and mortars easier.
Flowfast L Filler
Flowfast (blu) mineral fillers are designed for use in Flowfast systems. They are mixed with Flowfast binder resins to create higher-build self-leveling coatings.
- Flowfast SNL Filler – Flowfast (blu) systems use a blend of mineral fillers. Mix with Flowfast binder resins to create an SL coating.
Flowfast Membrane (blu)
Flowfast Membrane is a two-component, medium viscosity, urethane-modified resin binder made from acrylic monomers. It is a flexible, liquid waterproofing membrane designed for indoor and outdoor use. The cured coating is highly elastic and crack-bridging, even in temperatures below -20°C.
It is ideal for waterproofing pedestrian and vehicle traffic areas like balconies and car parks, protecting stadium terraces, and sealing containment structures such as reservoirs or storage facilities for waste and contaminated materials.
Flowfast Membrane can be applied at temperatures ranging from -10°C to +35°C on surfaces such as concrete, cementitious screeds, asphalt, filled bitumen, metal, ceramic tiles, and wood. It includes a UV protective barrier, but long-term sun exposure may cause slight colour shading. A surface sealer, like Flowfast Flexible Seal, is recommended for such cases to maintain durability.
- Flowfast Membrane LM
Flowfast Membrane LM is a 2-component, urethane-modified, medium viscosity membrane made from acrylic monomers. It is pre-formulated and 100% solids. The product is mixed with Flowfast Catalyst to cure.
Flowfast Membrane LM is a low-modulus version of Flowfast Membrane, offering increased flexibility. It is a liquid waterproofing membrane designed for easy application and provides a highly elastomeric coating for both indoor and outdoor use. Once cured, it forms a flexible, crack-bridging coating that performs well even in temperatures below -30°C.
It is ideal for:
- Filling joints with low dynamic movements.
- Waterproofing pedestrian or vehicle traffic areas such as balconies and car parks.
- Protecting and waterproofing stadium terraces.
- Waterproofing containment structures like reservoirs or waste storage facilities.
Flowfast Membrane LM can be applied in temperatures ranging from -10°C to +35°C. It bonds well to cementitious screeds, concrete, filled asphalt, metal, ceramic tiles, and wood.
The product contains a UV protective barrier, but prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause slight colour shading. A flexible surface sealer, such as Flowfast Flexible Seal, is recommended in these cases.
- Flowfast Sprayable Membrane
Flowfast Sprayable Membrane is a 2-component, medium viscosity, urethane-modified resin binder made with acrylic monomers. It is a cold spray-applied, highly flexible waterproofing membrane and coating for indoor and outdoor use. Once cured, it forms a crack-bridging membrane that stays flexible even at temperatures below -20°C.
This product is used for waterproofing and protecting pedestrian or vehicle areas such as balconies and car parks, stadium terraces, containment structures like reservoirs, waste storage facilities, and contaminated material storage. It is also suitable for concrete and metal railway bridges, tunnels, channels, dams, bridge decks (with asphalt applied up to 250°C), and sub-grade waterproofing for buildings and infrastructure, including areas beneath ground slabs.
Flowfast Sprayable Membrane can be applied to both horizontal and vertical surfaces at temperatures between -10°C and +35°C. Compatible surfaces include cement-based screeds, concrete, filled asphalt, metal, ceramic tiles, and wood. Substrates must be dry, solid, and free of dust, oil, or grease. Loose particles and laitance should be removed, and fats or surface condensation can be treated with a hot air flame lance. A Flowfast primer must be applied before the membrane.
Over time, exposure to direct sunlight may cause slight colour shading. For sun-exposed applications, a UV-stable version or a surface sealer is recommended.
Flowfast Pump Screed Primer
Flowfast Pump Screed Primer is a low-viscosity, 3-component MMA-based primer designed for Flowscreed and Isocrete cementitious pumped screeds, such as Flowscreed Industrial Top. It bonds to surface-dry substrates with a Relative Humidity of up to 95% (as per BS 8204). It is used to prime Flowcrete pumped screed substrates before applying Flowfast resin toppings.

- Flowfast Rapid Transit Adhesive
Flowfast Rapid Transit Adhesive is a 3-component, low viscosity, methyl methacrylate (MMA) self-priming adhesive designed for Flowfast Rapid Transit Tactiles. It bonds to surface-dry substrates with a Relative Humidity of up to 95% (as per BS 8204).
Three grades are available:
- Concrete Adhesive: Suitable for concrete surfaces with a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm². Surfaces must be sound and strong enough for the intended use.
- Asphalt Adhesive: Designed for road-grade waterproof mastic asphalt. The surface must be clean, free of laitance, dust, oil, rubber, or any other contaminants. It should have sufficient strength for its purpose.
- Ceramic/Metal Adhesive: Not compatible with non-ferrous heavy metals or zinc. Steel substrates must be prepared to SA 2.5 (as per DIN 55929). Glazed tiles need surface preparation, such as diamond grinding or shot blasting, to remove the glaze. Loose tiles or tiles over hollow areas should be removed before application.
- Flowfast Rapid Transit Mortar
Flowfast Rapid Transit Mortar is a two-component heavy-duty repair mortar made with methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin. It is designed for cementitious substrates with up to 97% Relative Humidity (according to BS 8204). The catalyst (hardener) is included in the filler component.
Flowfast Rapid Transit Mortar is ideal for repairing damage, holes, and imperfections in concrete surfaces before applying Flowfast Rapid Transit systems. It can also be used as a screed in areas expecting heavy mechanical use and high impact. In such cases, the mortar must be coated with a Flowfast Rapid Transit system or Flowfast Rapid Transit Sealer.
Porous substrates should first be primed with Flowfast Standard Primer until a continuous resin film forms. Lightly scatter dried sand or quartz over the primed surface. Repairs should be made with Flowfast Rapid Transit Mortar, allowing one day before applying the Rapid Transit system to avoid heat build-up.
For deep repairs, fill the area with mortar up to approximately 5 mm below the required level. Re-prime and finish with the mortar to the desired level.

Ensure there are enough gullies for effective drainage.

Flowfast Rapid Transit SL is a 4-component, coloured, methyl methacrylate (MMA) coating. It is designed to accept a natural aggregate scatter in Flowfast Rapid Transit SR systems. Flowfast Rapid Transit SL must be sealed with Flowfast Rapid Transit Sealer.
